Concern: Incalls in general

So here's the question and I don't know if it's been tackled before. So I'm asking the owners / management of these places to respond. Other terbites are welcome of course.

Do all incalls keep customer's phone number and names on file?

This raises a big concern as if any one of them were ever busted, everyone who's a customer would be exposed!

But here's the kicker of my question:

1) Even if they did keep our numbers and names on file, why would they even let us know? Cuz I'm sure if we found out they did keep that info, some of us wouldn't even go anymore.

I think you need to ask Dani about that one.

Never use your own name and use a private cell
I think Dani is no mood to explain given the circumstances.

BTW D23, if you are so concern, try outcalls instead.

Or use a private cell.

Chances are those reputable incalls are very discret and they do every precaution imaginable to keep it just that. The LE will bust big time only four reasons,

1) The property management received complaints from the neigbours in the condos.

2) They are knowingly hiring underage and illegal immirgrants or selling drugs and somebody tips to the police.

3) The LE could be tipped if the incalls in questions is one of the source of STD or HIV outbreaks, which is highly unlikely given the safe conscious on both clients and the SPs

4) There is a new sheriff in town and he's from the Conservatives. Maybe the LE is pressured to do something to show "the report card" and busting the incalls is the "easiest" part.

You never know what could come out of Roommates. Between keeping the lid on all the girls during the day and doing laundry all night, I don't think Sara has any life at all. So you might get a call from her some time for a date.

even if your name and phone # is expose to LE, I don't think there is anything they can do about it.... afterall, you are not caught under "found in" (is that the right term?)

of course they may call you for some infomation, but you must be very stupid to really give them any info at all...

This is absolutely right. There is nothing LE can do, but they will probably threaten you. Just tell them to speak to your lawyer and that you'd like to exercise your right to remain silent. You have to be found in a "comon bawdy house" for the LE to charge you with anything.

I don't think there is much of a differance between incalls and outcalls when it comes to record keeping and the fear of it falling into the wrong hands. As an SP who offers both it comes down to an issue of trust. Trust that the incall or outcall is extremely careful with the paper/computer trail and that they ensure everything is disposed of. There is a need for (temporary) records for for both in/out SPs and maybe you wont laugh next time you come over and see my mini incinerator (paper), bowl of sulfuric acid (cds) and my 25lb magnet (you get the picture)......

A client could only be charged as a "found in". Although LE could create some awkwardness for you (just ask those who were in Dani's hard drive), you can't be charged with anything simply because your personal information was found in the records of a busted bawdy house.

1. Just because you read in the paper or anywhere else that someone had his or her computer taken by LE does not mean there is any info on that computer.

2. I find this post to be a pretty low blow since you are assuming someone did keep info on his or her computer and even posted his or her name. Note that in my quote of your post above I removed the name and I suspect that the mods will do the same with your original post very soon.

NiteHwk - You're a rare poster that I have tremendous respect for but, on this one, you're wrong.

Enough gentlemen received calls from LE in advance of the charges to confirm that the seized hard drive contained their contact information. I understand that the woman in question is well liked in the industry, but the constant attempts to shield her from criticism in this regard getting a little silly.

Do you have statutory rape issues with blow up dolls?

No not really....I gave up on blow up dolls b/c they chafe and hurt my penis....so I decided to put talcum powder on my penis

...when I went to my high school dances....sometimes I get lucky behind the 'stands'....when the girl pull down my pants, they would see my penis covered in talcum powder and thought I had 'coke dick'...

...it was just a messy messy thing...and not worth having a blow up doll...

Gross.................

Any one with brains and, well brains, does not keep records in this business. The only thing that might be kept would be bad date lists to avoid potentially violent situations.

And, like someone else said, a name and a number - what are they? A name and a number. No one can prove otherwise can they?

With all due respect, the mitigating question is this: was the information found sitting on the drive as a saved file or was it ferreted out via computer forensics? Her alleged culpability with respects to the agrieved wrong done to her clients would come into question here if the latter proved to be true.

You can delete e-mails to your hearts' content but it can easily be dug out with a little computer savvy. Anyone worth their paycheck can pull stuff out going back six months or more.

That being said, one could easily jump to conclusions without having the benefit of knowing all of the facts. Let's not pass judgement until the truth presents itself.

Fair enough. That's not something that I had considered.
