A team of Cornell researchers recently published a paper about creating a computer algorithm for detecting fake reviewers on the web.

Click on the link for the paper in the OP. They explain the factors taken into account in their algorithm. It's quite interesting in fact, and a lot of their findings seems to apply to SP reviews.
