IMHO, it's way easier and less messy to see an SP. Go to a professional.
You may have noticed lots of them advertise on here. You'll never get discression from a co worker. She'll tell someone she trusts, and they tell someone they trust, and they tell someone they trust who will use that info against you or her.

Perhaps the only way to decide would be to ask yourself how you would feel if the worst happened. If you're ok with that you have your answer. If you would only want to do this if no one ever found out and it didn't end badly well chances of it going that way are slim.

She's already going to go down this road, if not with you, with someone else. She's obviously cultivated a relationship with you, hence the reason she broached the subject with you about something more.
