Just a quick heads up that if you are planning on seeing Monroe at CMJ, you may be waiting for a while or you may want to do what i did - not wait. Doesn't seem to be organized and cannot be on time for a session. Funny thing this happened to my friend who also tried to book Monroe at another location and she was 20 minutes late, which did kind of screw up his hh session and the subsequent session for the guy right after. I am sure that Monroe will just keep plugging away hoping that clients will keep coming back. I understand she is new to the business, but i hope she quickly realizes that clients that are paying the high price don't want to be jerked around either. Respect goes both ways and time is valuable to everyone.

Gentlemen..... Monroe's new to the MA scene, apparently, and deserves the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to grow as a professional.
Must be tough to get to the various locations fighting traffic and trying to find parking. Not everyone has a vehicle, so public transit or Uber may be modes of transportation with the attendant complications.
Haven't met Monroe , but she looks upscale and beautiful in her Twitter photos. She answers prospective clients' questions and indicates that she is welcoming to nervous clients and others with body image issues. A sweetheart.
I don't think that MAs who are a bit late deserve a negative review, particularly when the Reviewer didn't go through with the session. It doesn't take much effort to wait in a heated vehicle with music and climate control systems. Or find a nearby bar or coffee shop and chill until she's ready.
When I head to appointments I tend to catch every red light, roadblock, traffic jam, and parking spots are non-existent. Have been late to a few sessions but have been received courteously.
Spas are busy places, with lingerie lovelies everywhere and a lot of feminine energy. Some have bars where you can wait until the MA is ready or until the room is free or whatever the issue is. A delay may be an opportunity to socialize with other MAs and make future plans. If the MA isn't available, there are other ladies who are.
Have only been to CMJ once but have been impressed with the facility, the professionalism of Admin member Paige, the friendly welcome by Luna and Dior, and look forward to going back at some point. Seems like a good place to chill if the MA is delayed, and there are plenty of bars and shops near the downtown location. Walk around Sparks Street or get a coffee or something. Don’t publish a negative review because a young woman is delayed. Step up and show some flexibility and adaptability ffs.
May link up with Monroe at some point. She looks worth waiting for.

Monroe, we haven't met but the last post by MaverickPunter is spot on. Life today is tougher than ever. I've seen your posts on twitter and you seem like a beautiful, caring and attentive person. In the words of the greatest philosopher of all time (don't know who that is but its a great quote)...sh#t happens. 
I agree with Maverick on this one. Of course everyone's time is valuable but a lot of factors can contribute to delays for both the client and the SP/MA. To add to Maverick's list, I've also been late to an appointment because I was pulled over for speeding and the SP was very accommodating for my late arrival. At the same time, there have been occasions when I've needed to change my appointment time to an hour earlier or later and the SP's have always accommodated my request. There's even been occasions when I get to an appointment early and the SP agrees to start the meeting early. And I've had lots of occasions when SP's who are not clock watchers generously go past the appointment end-time. It's all about mutual respect and being accommodating for both clients and providers whenever possible. Monroe doesn't deserve to be slammed on here. I'm not a member of CMJ but may become one to show my support for Monroe.Monroe...

I think exactly the same. Im really sorry for your time lost. But for someone just beginning it's a little hard to post negatively on her because she was late. SP/MA reputation is important in this industry. It's just her debut, she doesnt deserve that.
Firstly, I must say that i am quite impressed by your response Monroe, the fact that you going to adjust and grow from this is great. Now if all the readers of this post end up booking with you or becoming a CMJ member as a result of this post, this will obviously benefit you and that is also great..
Having said that, the whole principal behind this platform or forum is to provide other customers with information on the type of service you can expect to receive (services, cost, timelines etc).
It is often very amusing to see the defense mechanism of many on this site, as they simply become the defenders of the MA/SP's without really digging deeper. The story becomes more about how sympathetic they are towards the service providers than the nugget of information that was provided to them. It's not about "slamming" someone its about providing information.
Obviously boys as a member, if i took the time to write a somewhat negative post for every MA/SP that was late, that's all i would do.

I wont excuse the lateness, but I will agree there are many factors that come into play! I have worked closely with Monroe in the last few months and she is an amazing girl! She is busy and kind with all her suitors! I know recently she has started working at the East which is very difficult to find on your first or second time going there, and that's not even mentioning the amount of construction.. I really think this was just an accident as she understands the importance of everyone's time!
I am looking forward to all these men who have commented to come see Monroe for themselves and leave the positive reviews she deserves! She is another CMJ superstar in the making

xo Paigei have seen Monroe, she was close to on time, a few min. doesn't bother me. She gave me a nice massage which i reciprocated. Body slides and finish were very good if you like boobs. The only caveat i'd have to express is there was no kissing. Not sure if it's me (usually isn't an issue), covid or just the way she operates. Nevertheless, i would repeat. She was sweet and for a beginner at the time, she did quite well (minus the kissing part). The boob job was fastastic...

We do not have the ability to book 15min between automatically, instead we (admin) monitor any bookings ad manually enter 15min breaks! unfortunately, the flaw is we have 3x the locations and girls who are all extremely busy so often we can miss a gap! Luckily all the staff are very helpful and able to assist each other with greeting clients at the door and keeping them posted if there is a delay! One day maybe technology will be flawless (lol)
You may want to talk to Brass club people in fixing this 'glitch'. Their booking system appears the same as yours. Brass automatically adds an extra 15 minutes at the end of every booked session.
With the current pandemic, it is even more important to give MAs ample time in cleaning the room. The extra 15 to 30 minutes will help mitigate some of the risks.

Am glad that my post was helpful. Ottawa can be a difficult city to navigate given all the construction, delays on the light rail & buses, traffic jams, lack of parking, bad weather...
If I was sessioning and there was a delay I would definitely sample one of Paige's famous Caesars. Heard they're the best in Ottawa!
Usually I make appointments in the evenings or on weekends when I'm not too rushed, so it's easy to wait in the vehicle, walk around, or get to know some of your sexy colleagues. It's not like I would be stressed out about things and getting my underwear in knots, as it's a spa and a soothing massage from one of the other sexy CMJ ladies would no doubt be available.
Maddie and Paige seem to be very capable managers, and they would effect a satisfactory solution. Am not an expert on CMJ as I've only been there once, but there seems to be a lot of upside.
