Based out of Oshawa I think, just wondered if anyone had any experience with this agency?

Not much to go on but thought I'd ask.

used them years ago when they were number 1 .
now they don't really put in an effort into making themselves move back up the ratings ladder.

- I also, only used C&E once a few years back, and had a mediocre experience with the agency and the SP then . Now, ??, there's been mixed reviews . Some fella's have had good results and some have had bad times . Sorry I can't be of any better help .

Also used C&E a few years back, and they were good tried to call again but not really intereeted, in what they were doing.
But they were the best.
