Absolutely correct for HIV. It's also true that chlamydia and hepatitus (the fatal one) are only rarely if ever transmitted orally.
However some of the others are easily transmitted orally:
-- Gonorrhea easily infects the back of your throat, and may not show any obvious symptoms.
-- Genital herpes can infect the lips.
-- Syphilis is easily transmitted via oral sex as well
Now you could call the risk minor because the fact is these diseases either won't kill you, or can easily be cured, but you do stand a pretty good chance of contracting one or all of them if you have unprotected oral sex with a large number of men.
