well with and bb services there are risks for example with a bbbj you can still get syph and other sti's in the throat area nothing is ever risk free even if it is minimal
when you give bbbj there is always the risk that you can get STI's in the throat infact i know this one girl (who will remain nameless of course) who got gonorhea in her throat from giving bbbj to a client. Not only did it hurt so bad she had to explain to her boyfriend and they broke up after.

Us older guys may recall when the dentists used to wear no mask, even gloves. That is unhear of since AIDS came around and is transmitted by blood--which your gums can bleed just getting your teeth cleaned-- You never know when a new germ will pop up.

When I am escorting I am safe some might not like CBJ but that is not their choice, it's very rare I will do BBBJ. and CIM is not even a thought in my mind it is something I will not do.
Facials are safer than CIM. I don't know why more Sps offer that more often? I guess they don't like cleaning up after or don't like it in the eyes. I like to give facials instead of CIM.

Now you could call the risk minor because the fact is these diseases either won't kill you, or can easily be cured, but you do stand a pretty good chance of contracting one or all of them if you have unprotected oral sex with a large number of men.
I feel that the riskier acts should be YMMV and are not to be expected by each and every provider of said acts. Let's face the facts- partaking in this hobby is risky on both ends as a provider and a hobbyist. There is always ways of minimizing risks and there are providers for every hobbyists comfort level.
