thanks for the help

I found even in cuba you have to be careful at the gorerment shops not even interested in dealing with street vendors or the likes. bought a box of Cohibas at a govt shop in cuba for some reason I decided to open it in the shop not sure why and the box was frickin empty. now I open everything wright there and then (after paying)

Hard to spot the quality "counterfeit" cigars without experience and knowing what to look for. For the novice I have always referred them to check out http://www.cigaraficionado.com/Cigar/CA_Counterfeits/Counterfeit_Gallery/0,3390,,00.html before making any purchase.

But even that's no guarantee these days, it seems as in everything the old adage "Caveat emptor" applies even in the cigar trade.

Best Regards

In a deep, but well lit, hole
A Review

After thinking it over, I would have concur with Cigar Aficionado’s web review of
Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 (Torpedo).
It’s a pressed, attractive cigar with great oils and nice color. It's nutty, earthy and sweet, with a medium to full body. I will just add that these sticks draw very well and are superbly constructed.
