Well, this IS Terb, so I do have to admit to thinking exactly the same thing as the OP. Small personal aside - I volunteered when Freeland was running in the bi-election against Linda McQuaig, so i've actually met her at the riding victory celebration. (I've worked Provincially for the OPC and Federally for both parties.) She would clean up nicely with a makeover. I swear from meeting her that she must spend less time getting ready than the average guy - certainly less time than Trudeau. She's very smart and yes, a milf - there's something fetching about the way she's a tiny spinner dealing with fat fucks like Trump. On the NDP side, Ruth Ellen Brousseau is a genuine HOT milf and also very smart. I'm not sure whether your possession of this inside information tells us how you spend your free time (listening to hotel walls), or whether your interest in this subject is so well known that anyone with such information gets it to you right away! This does seem to be a recurring theme for those in high public office. I saw Bill Clinton speak live at an industry function (great speaker BTW) and ever years after he was president he still talks about how easy it was to balloon-up while in office.

Political bias aside, being the head of state, premier of a province or the mayor a good sized town will mean a very hectic schedule, that is often dictated by others with multiple rescheduling. Then if there is an election campaign the time demands are ramped up even more
It would be pretty tough to maintain a regular exercise routine
As a privilege of office one could insist upon eating healthy though & could consider adding a part-time dietitian to the staff (personal expense of coarse,) & have your blood pressure checked monthly
Having a head of state drop dead from a heart attack while in office would be disruptive for any country
