Honestly this is nothing compared to Cairo which is the most insane. Roma is a close second.

In Toronto, the cabbies look at the on coming stop light to see what time is left if its a green light and PURPOSELY SLOW DOWN, so they can stop at a red. In other words the slow down on a green light and speed up to stop when its red.

Cairo was very interesting, many times I thought we were going to be hit by other vehicles. One truck driver came up to shout at our driver, but our armed escort flashed his Uzi and the truck driver backed off!

i wonder how many of you narrow minded mafuck3rs can parallel park in Hong Kong or one of the busiest cities in Mainland China.
