..... No one is stupid enough to support the Soviet history, but perhaps you have sympathy for anti-Western causes.
I stand against Putin's invasion of Ukraine.
On the other hand, it is MAGA and Trump that parrot Russian talking points in the oval office.
Trump parrots Russian talking points.
He threatens a fellow NATO ally, Denmark and threatens to invade Greenland.
He undermines a fellow NATO ally, Canada and its sovereignty and calls it America's 51st state.
These would be considered anti-western causes.
Speaking against them as I have done would be considered pro-western.
Some things are debatable. And other things are not.
Correct.
It isn't debatable that the US has benefitted greatly from NATO by gaining the ability to project power worldwide.
The benefits to those countries however are highly debatable.
Just ask Zelensky or any other US "ally" the United States has thrown under the bus throughout history.
Unfortunately, those of us in Canada are finding out now.
The benefits are greatly exaggerated...
America owes its power, which was predominantly gained during the cold war, to NATO.
It used to be the western world against despots and dictators.
Now we have a wannabe dictator in power in the US undermining relations built over 80 years.

Status quo is the right choice. Xi is only worried about Taiwan being a Western proxy. While reunification is a policy, there is no timeframe nor to force it UNLESS. What do you allege the Chinese police stations are for in Canada?
I provided links in my previous posts regarding chinese police station. There are already 3 known cases of chinese canadians repatriated back to china (most likely more.)

Who is upsetting the status quo in the Taiwan strait?

100%. They knowlingly released into the world. Just follow the sequence of events:
1) close down domestic travel, and inbound flights to china
2) silence chinese doctors trying to warm public about disease
3) start hoarding medical supplies from everywhere in the world
4. Have the WHO make statements that it was not human to human transmissable
5) open up outbound flights from china to the world

This is the government that people want to do business with??????

There is no fentanyl crisis. There are people who use fentanyl, just like there are people who are addicted to any other substance. There is no "cannabis crisis", no "alcohol crisis", etc.
Your own government calls it a crisis.

"About the overdose crisis

The illegal toxic drug and overdose crisis continues to have significant impacts on Canadian families and communities. A number of factors are contributing to Canada's high rates of overdoses....."

Yes.
I didn't say there was no fentanyl related deaths or crime in Canada.
I said there was no fentanyl crisis at the border, especially one that justifies tariffs.
You talked about data.
Data shows 43Kgs intercepted at Canada border vs 25K at Mexican border.
I think that speaks for itself.
It's very likely that no deaths in the US were caused by the 43 Kgs of fentanyl intercepted at the Canadian border. No data exists for the number of deaths caused by the unknown number of kilos which were smuggled successfully.

Oh boohoo...democrats / liberals are getting distracted by Trumps rhetoric...he knew you guys will bite on it and bite hard you did...now he's deporting as many illegals as he can smoothly, DOGE is at the end of cost cutting...SC just approved he can cut federal funding on those who oppose his executive orders...the democrats are demoralized after a bunch of protests that went nowhere...you're left with stockmarket crash and China...
Its really a great match when you do the really wacko rants with that gif.
It gives me such pleasure as I totally picture you like this.
Only drooling.

As you've said, there is no data.
So there is nothing to support that assertion because the exact opposite is just as true.
Did shack write that post for you?

I have no idea what point you are trying to make here.

I'm reminded of a phone conversation I had thirty years ago with the late Gordon Sedgwick, a well known lawyer in Toronto, who was later appointed as a Judge. When I pointed out to him that an amendment that he had submitted to a legal document described a situation which was logically impossible, he said "I know exactly what I think it means.".

You know exactly what I mean. The fact that Health Canada calls fentanyl a "crisis" because people are OD-ing does not equate to Trump arguing reasonably that fentanyl is a smuggling crisis that demands an extravagant US response against Canada - let alone massive tariffs and threats of annexation FFS! 🥴 😯🐵

SMH at you once again.

@mandrill a name that frequently pops up in a rival faction within the PLA is Zhang Youxia. Many believe he is behind the purges of He Weidong, Lin Xiangyang and Miao Hua.

Someone always knows. This is nothing new. SPY always gets massive bets opened. The TQQQ is obviously peculiar. But this stuff has gone on for years.

Also, FWIW, unusual whales and cheddar flow are probably 2 of the worst accounts to follow in terms of option flow. Wall St. Je$us is a better account to follow with a better call out record

Sure, but combine that with the 'great time to buy' tweet 15 minutes before the announcement on ending tariffs.
What are you expecting from a felon convicted of fraud?

You don't have to have lived there in order to do business there.

If you don't want to wake up in a bathtub full of ice with a big gaping hole where they removed your kidney when you agreed to let them fuck you in the ass for a 'good price', then you better understand Chinese business culture towards us roundeyes. Nice people, interesting and with a very interesting but complex culture.. but you better be knowledgable in their business culture. And make provisions for being shorted, substituted and outright ripped off.

There are companies that are smarter and way more powerful than you and I that have learned their lesson from trying to do business in China.
