Chicks give two shits about cars. As mentionned hot girls are a great chick magnet. I think its very interesting though that it doesn't work the other way around....if a guy sees a girl with a "hot guy" they could care less. In fact I usually either feel sorry for the dude and/or admire his depth in character to be with a not so hot girl. I guess it shows the complexity of the women's psyche.

The other chick magnet is a great body with muscle and especially definition (but not being a muscle head unless your going after muscle head chicks). I think this is where guys and girls are similar. Sex appeal initially has everything to do with the body and you should be glad cause a gym membership is alot cheaper than a porshce. Obviously though, its just the magnet and it just gets you in the door.

As with everything else, some women are very impressed by cars, some could care less. Among women impressed by cars, convertables seem to be a big deal, as long as they are not too feminine a car. Perhaps a Mustang or a BMW 325.

There’s a lot of interesting comments on this thread. They’re nothing like I expected but they’re interesting.

I expected to open a discussion about sports cars specifically with lots of sex appeal.

I didn’t expect a thread about what women want in a man.

I agree that a confident, sexy attitude and nice clothes will probably get a guy a lot farther than a cool car. A cool, confident guy on a bicycle will get more chicks than a dork in a Ferrari.

I agee with Rubmeister that confidence is the most important thing.


The lady who wants to be in a Porche won't be happy if you have a small 1-bedroom place - upgrade to a sizeable house. Increase in cost for home. Since she won't be too happy in a big home with a futon, go to the next line.

I agree with this one too. The car had to be congruent to one’s lifestyle. It makes no sense picking a girl up in your Porsche just to take her to your mom’s house.

My experience with owning classic iron is that it has zero effect on the ladies. I think a new or nearly new high tech, sexy sports car would be better.


My conclusion that I draw from this thread is something I already knew. The car really doesn’t matter that much to a woman. A girl cares about the guys car about as much as a guy cares about the girl’s shoes. It just has to be congruent to his image.

So, I’ll just buy whatever I like and to hell with what women think.

Friend told me that girls seemed interested in him after buying a Mercedes. Funny part was that it was a simple used car, not really worth much money. He was laughing at them, silly girls. So, any car with a BMW or Mercedes logo. If you really want to go on the cheap, just buy the logos and slap them on whatever car you are driving. You did not say you were looking for a smart girl.

Clothing and grooming makes a big difference.

I have looked at all of these suggestions and still i am unwavered in my assertian that the the Cordoba is the only vehicle with the elagance and sophistication to turn the heads of fine modern women. Its smooth ride, understated styling, and distinctive Corrinthian aroma make the Cordoba a truly masculine statement without the distastfull trappings of teenage brovado. Yes our friend Homonger is correct old spice is du-regur in any gentlemans arsenal of masculine firepower. Hy-Karate is a close second. In my Cordoba I have sample bottles of each. At home I also have Old Spice soap-on-a-rope. This gives me the confidence to wield a firm manly driving hand throughout the day.

Doesn't matter what car you buy. If you open up your mouth to talk and your a loser then an old Porsche or a new porch won't help you.

Cost wise I would pick a Mazda Miata, Old Vette or a MGB.

Not sure were your going to buy a personality. :p
