It's pretty inconsistent how they are policing their updated policy.
There are some accounts that show a ton of nudity, but other's like Chanel's showed very little. However, she was reported on quite vigorously. It was less about her content and more about the intent of the person who reported her. Report often enough and you draw attention. It's happened to a couple of SP's I know. It's not fair to the owner when they see other accounts showing full frontal with nothing happening.

Asuran is on the right track. We are headed towards a verified internet and Twitter has been slowly staging in its TOS brought in a couple of years ago post SESTA/FOSTA. Lots of accounts are being suspended. It’s somewhat of a mystery how exactly the algorithms are flagging accounts and when but there are a number of factors that can help keep SWs from attracting attention.
