Why can't you tell her to erase all recorded communications after the session?
And you would trust your freedom on her doing what she said? I am sure some SP's really would delete it. How do you figure out who they are? Certainly not through reviews. No-one will know who has been keeping a log and not deleting data until the police come knocing. A little too late to find out?

Again, whether this becomes a concern will depend a lot on how the law is enforced -- but if it is enforced I can't see anyone trusting their future legal security to a 19 to 25 year old SP or her booker.

Why would they not do a simple task of erasing your text messages, especially if they need the business? You can ask the agency to ensure no record is kept. (I delete useless logs myself of day-to-day communications).

Do you trust the agency to do that? Also, text messages, emails, etc., can be recovered by police. If your address is in there...

The agency really has no incentive to do this and you know very little about who runs them or how. While some may be trustworthy and responsible you have little way to know.

I think the risk of an SP being caught in the hotel on an outcall are the same as a client getting caught visiting one. If the hotel / motel is known by the cops as a common spot where SP's host incalls or go to on outcalls or if it's a trouble spot for violence or other criminal activity, then you're more likely to be busted there. If it's a major chain hotel with many people coming and going and no complaints from other guests, then your chance of getting busted are lot less.

I'd stick with well know agencies or indies since they likely know the security or elevator procedures at major hotels and act and dress discreetly.

Fuji has the right of it. I'll be sticking to outcalls on out of town trips for awhile. Fortunately I'm not a big hobbyist so it won't have much effect on me. And meeting them in the lobby. I'm pretty sure the agencies will get used to this pretty quick if enough people request it.

When they do the safety call I will also request it is an actual phone call and not a text if they feel the need for the rm #. Less chance of a record that way as well.

As long as a client is civil and upfront with this I don't expect any issues to arise.

How about busy downtown condos (of which there are dozens), housing hundreds of units and thousands of tenants? I don't see terrible risk with that. You're not exactly walking into a building with the name "Select" written above the entrance. Incall locations are not static, they do move and alternate. Hell, I can't even remember half of the condos I've been or who I saw where..

you think Select is gonna lend you their condo for an outcall? ;)

read the thread title ....
I did, sweetheart; merely commenting on the relative danger (gasp!) of a condominium incall vs. hotel outcall, where the venues themselves are generally similar in terms of discretion and anonymity.

Escorts know a lot of politicians and if a few of the feds got exposed the law might bite the dust.

Too late for that. It's hugely unlikely any 'outed' pol would do anything to dust the law that is now on the books. Anyway that threat was made, and proved yet again what a poor strategy blackmail is.

What we didn't do—although I am sure you did your best—was convince the pols that this law wasn't needed and would only increase harm and danger without accomplishing anything of benefit to the community or any individuals in it.

Except CPoC pols pimping for votes.
