Not really, perhaps Joseph Nacchio rose to attention because of his refusal but the reason he is imprisoned is because he was convicted of 19 counts of insider trading by a U.S. District Court Jury and sentenced to six years in federal prison.

He appealed his conviction and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals en banc denied the same.

Further, at the time there was no court order for such records - today there is.

Agreed. Extremely deceptive title. One automatically assumes a direct correlation between the two.

What do people think they are going to prove by being blatantly, intentionally and oh-so-easy-to-be-exposed deceptive? They only make themselves look bad, if not stupid, for thinking they'd get away with it. Plus once people realize what was attempted, they are, more likely than not, going to take a position opposite to that of the deceptor, the opposite of what he was trying to accomplish.

Total fail on all levels.
