Good to know, I've never made cauliflower crust pizza. She does not squeeze out the water, Put dough in a tea towel to squeeze water out or crust falls apart
Its been on the menu of the low carbers for years. But never tried it. I saw Pizza pizza now makes it, they're smart, they can grab another chunk of the market although I don't like their regular pizza much.I've actually made a cauliflower pizza crust before. It was good but I need to tweak my recipe. Pizza Pizza has it on their menu now. Haven't tried it though.

Ya what he said!I would not give a pizza pizza from Pizza Pizza to a trash Panda.
Agreed. So many better options out there.I would not give a pizza pizza from Pizza Pizza to a trash Panda.
Cauliflower has mild taste so any spices will overpower taste so it is better tasting than normal crustI'd never heard of using cauliflower to create a pizza crust until this thread. Definitely going to try it. The video said that it tastes very similar to a dough crust - but it looks like it would be more airy, lighter and maybe more crispy? (kind like the rice in a sushi pizza?) That's what I'm hoping.
