I know you are new, but you aren't so new to not put a link or some digits here to allow others to know who you speak of. Thanks man.
Tip: please edit your original post title to include the last four digits of the phone number. This gives better search results when researching SPs.
Also, consider adding the URL of the SP to your posts... just makes it easier for us to view.
Another trick that is helpful is to include pictures from the ad. That said, this is usually done for those providers that may be scamming hobbyists. Scammers tend to use multiple accounts and don't keep them up for long. A picture at the least leaves a record of what images the scammer was using.
