Right on Bobzilla. Its all about numbers. The Crown will go for a deal & knock the fine down to a more respectable level. Pulled liscense
I have had a ticket for 55 over and my brother has had 65 , 78 , and withen the last year 50 . Never has any liscense been pulled . Over 50 above is still 6 points . Over 80 they may charge dangerous driving as well which would combine to 12 points and an automatic interview/ test where they tend to take it away .

Police....tickets, cat and mouse?????
I must say my area of expertise does not fall under the highway and traffic acts, so to be frank- i honestly don't know. However....I do know, they can do whatever the heck they want sometimes- although there's obvious guidlines to whats protocol and whats not.....theres always a grey line.
You can have someone pulled over for going 15 over and they can write you up for lets say a cracked winshield, no seat belt.....do a soberity *even if you haven't drank a sip of any type of alcoholic beverage* basically waste your time. WHATEVER they do within their means.....the only common string- being police officer of the law- the variable being that you have so many officers- who do things differently= the spice of life;VARIETY....
Even though i'd like to say every cop would act and do things the same, its not the case. Just like K.W.I pointed out.... the cop reduced her ticket on the spot- In my case, the ticket wasn't, however lets say it was another officer in either situation- perhaps the out come might be different????
So, now everyone- before you tear this reply apart..... i am not saying ALL cops are crooked or that they don't do their job or anything of the sort. Cops, when it comes down to it- are people just like any one of us.....doing their job that just happens to put them on a pedestal above the average citizen sometimes.

Sometimes i wish i was my barstool....mute and unsuspecting... but eagerly accommidating *wink* i guess we have the same characteristics minus our vocals.... If a barstool could talk amongest the butts... what would it say?

Good news though- Valentines is EVERYDAY for me... one a day keeps the doctor away?
