Check their Facebook page. They are not ready to reopen because of the complexity of the rules at this time.
I doubt that is it. The building owner cannot hold the Adult Entertainment license, allegedly because of past indiscretions. He has been leasing it out to different owners, (Tease, and then Casino Cabaret). The last guy left as he was making no money for a variety of reasons. I think the building owner has not found an acceptable sucker, I mean tenant to take over the establishment and run it. They are sitting on a potential gold mine, but they need to sort out the ownership situation.
The COVID regulations are pretty straightforward as can be seen by all the other SC's opening. That is an official "excuse", and most likely not the actual reason. But I am 99% sure it will be back.
