Nope, no conspiracy just forgot the backslash at the end of the link, totally reasonable error.

The rest is either embellishment or lack of facts.
It should read like this.
Stats to Apr 30 2021:
748 Serious events
An event is considered serious if it:
- results in death
- is life-threatening (an event/reaction in which the patient was at real, rather than hypothetical, risk of death at the time of the event/reaction)
- requires in-patient hospitalization or prolongation of existing hospitalization
- results in persistent or significant disability/incapacity, or
- results in a congenital anomaly/birth defect
3800 Non serious events (most common being pain or swelling)
8 Confirmed Blood Clots
3 were females (age range 54 to 72 years old) and 5 were males (age range 34 to 71 years old)
One individual died
50 Confirmed deaths up to and including April 30, 2021, a total of
50 reports identified deaths that occurred after the administration of a vaccine. Following medical case review using the
WHO-UMC causality assessment categories, it has been determined that:
- 22 of these deaths are unlikely linked to a COVID-19 vaccine
- 25 are still under investigation
- 1 death was likely linked (refer to the Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome bullet above)
- 2 deaths were unclassifiable due to insufficient information available.
30 to 39 most common to suffer adverse reaction to vaccine. I found this strange since the graph clearly shows 40 to 49 have a higher reaction but in the wording of the report it says 30 to 39.
Females far more likely to have adverse events after vaccine, which they speculate that it is unclear if this is due in part to health care seeking behavior (e.g. reporting adverse events) or biological differences between females and males.
