I am from the US and I would like to get a Canadian sim card for my future hobbying trips. Is there any way to get it directly in the US before going to Canada so that I can book in advance and complete any phone screening if necessary.

With a regular monthly account Telus and Koodo allow you to register a new sim card over the internet. I don't know if this is possible with pay as you go.

Maybe buy a burner phone. Find a store close where you cross/enter before coming here. Call them from home if they sell it so you know in advanced.
Don't arrive an start looking.
Also call the Niagara Falls Agencies see if they know or have an idea how to do this, since they get US clients.

Canada and Japan when it comes to SIM card is un real.

Try ebay.ca ( Canada for dealing in Canadian dollar).

Or ebay.com ( USA that for dealing in USA dollar)

Google EBay Canada prepaid cell phone SIM card
use google search engine type ebuy.com or eBay.ca with Canadian SIM card
FREE Roaming SIM Card w/ Unlimited Data USA/Mexico/Canada + USA Europe Asia LD

PS. Can always try a Toronto services providers to do tour USA ask them to bring one in a via email on their website or private message them in Terb or other escort board. Arrange for a desposit meet them have a session with them and at same time buy
a SIM card from them also. Put a deposit down to show interest maybe even agencies that have girl that travel to usa.

Very easy to setup a eBay account . I pretty sure you can buy a eBay gift card and then go from there. Just google where in the city or State which store sell eBay gift card. And also very easy to setup a PayPal account too. And link card card maybe even a prepaid visa gift card to a PayPal account

Most carriers in Canada like Rogers, Telus, etc. have eSim or electronic SIM support along with the physical cards. As the name suggest, eSim's have no physical card that you have to put into the phone. You buy it and activate it online. You activate it by going to the carrier's web-site and scan a QR code. No need to open your phone, mess with physical cards or potentially losing or breaking them. The downside is that your phone has to support eSim. If you're using a popular phone like iPhone, Samsung, Google then it should have eSim support, but here's a list of them too

What is wrong with your own U.S. provider? Most of them cover Canada for a small daily roaming fees.

It's a good question that comes up often on various forums. I've said on other forums there are several ways to skin this cat.

I think many mongers American mongers like complete anonymity and/or don't want the Canadian call charged on their bill. However, one can simply get a U.S. burner phone with U.S. and Canadian coverage.

In response to the original poster, if you stick with agencies there will be no screening and you will likely not be able to book in advance beyond booking the week ahead on Saturday or Sunday. Now if you are booking an Independent, you can likely reach out to her via email or other e-formats. But if she requires screening there is no anonymity. You have only kept the call off your bill.

If your phone has e-sim support you can use Lucky Mobile (sub-brand on one of our larger carriers) on month-to-month:

Buy through the website and activate online.

What is wrong with your own U.S. provider? Most of them cover Canada for a small daily roaming fees.
Also, this. For the longest time I used an ATT sim for roaming in Canada since it was cheaper.
Most agencies will probably allow for usage of a US number as long as you disclose that you're visiting the country.
