The uncomfortableness comes from seeing how many delusional gullible freedum anti-vaxxers still exist even after the pandemic is over as most pandemics end within a couple of years.
It's what happens when easy internet connection allows like minded people to gather and bounce ideas , convince themselves and start spreading a new gospel. It ends up on social media and gather some steam with very vocal pessimistic people making enough waves for 5 to 10 % of the population to get on board .
You put those people in an echo chamber like the social medias and we will start hearing that they are a silent "majority" of 10% .... sometimes 15% . All disconcerted that their ideas and theories are not shared by everybody or a majority... Then start the sheeple terms , followers, should distrust all medias , government and big business....not that the last 3 should be trusted blindly mind you.
Internet connection has been a curse and a blessing. But I will keep trusting specialists in their field of research who spent 10s of thousands of hours studying a subject over someone who did 40/50 hours of focused reading about a subject to learn talking points....not that they would understand the difference
Those pesky echo chambers...that were so full of "misinformation ". Like that vaccinated can get infected, can spread the virus, are more susceptible to reinfection, that the vaccine is not really a vaccine but a questionable treatment, that masks are just face decorations, etc, etc, etc. But, don't worry. Those of us who did not line up for the propaganda, we paid the price- some bigger, some smaller. But, today, after our conspiracy theories are now mainstream, we feel pretty good about ourselves.

Nurse John's claims have been repeatedly refuted. Myocardia risk is much higher from covid than from vaccines.
And the important part is the bullshit narrative pretending myocardia means strokes and heart attacks leading to death. The reality is the myocardia is a temporary inflammation of cardiac muscle and more serious complications are rare. More serious than a sore arm but hardly the disaster that that anti-science crew want to believe.
It's pretty laughable that the conspiracy nuts were forced to change from vaccinated people dying and being replaced to complaining that yes, vaccines tend to give milder versions of the symptoms of the actual disease.

The only one I find relevant is this one that has scary numbers that compares strokes from mRNA vaccines to other vaccines. It only uses VAERS data and has no comparison to events from covid infection which has repeatedly been shown to have far higher risk.
