The only problem with this show is the fact that they do not have the power to stop anyone permanantly. They should be legally allowed to say: no, you're NOT getting your licence back.

The relevant laws exist for punishing this to an extreme extent, but courts simply do not want to throw the book at these idiots. A Careless Driving charge can be a multi-thousand dollar fine and an optional SIX MONTHS IN PRISON. It is also a "quasi-criminal" offense, so you get a potentially life-destroying criminal record AND your insurance can refuse your claim on the basis of the accident occurring while committing a criminal offense. If only this was ever actually applied people might smarten the fuck up.

Of course instead they make up a whole new anti-cell phone fine that is toothless (2 points and a couple hundred bucks, I think.) What a farce. They simply should have amended Careless Driving (or its big brother Dangerous Driving) to specifically include cell phone use, and start slapping people with $1000 fines for general use and jail time in any case where that idiocy causes an accident.

I have mixed feelings about this show. I admit to laughing and feeling that compared to them, I am a formula one driver! (driving for almost 30 years, accident free!!). On the other hand, it makes me incredibly angry, and fearful of who is behind the wheel of any other car on the road. Who gives these jokers their licence anyway? And when they talk to the drivers on the show, most laugh about it, and seem to think they aren't so bad!! I don't understand the sense of entitlement so people have. There are rights, and there are priveleges, know the difference!!!

Anyway, they all are terrible, and none should be driving. But to be honest, the one that bugged me the most was that fat head Mike. He seemed to be the least concerned about trying to correct his driving, and didn't appear to be the least remorseful about all the accidents/near accident's he's caused.

Homer: it isn't just Mike that isn't concerned about the accidents/damage he's caused, it is EVERY driver. I have yet to see ONE that felt remorse about the damage they caused.

I think it was the last series where one admitted to Cam Wooley that she did a hit and run and gave some details. He promptly phoned it in. I mean, the woman was snickering while she told the story.....

Did you see the last series where the one little hottie went BRALESS in a sheer little top and at one point her boob popped out? Of course they blurred it but the cameraman certainly didn't do anything to warn her lol.....

Frankly, I think angelina is a ditch pig but that's just MO.......
