I mailed, at the same time, same post office, both envelopes priorty post, to the same address. They are both DNA samples sent to a lab to be tested, mailed on Sept 21st. One package arrived at the destination Sept 23. On Sept 26th I was informed the other envelope could be delayed due to the strike. Thats the first thing I dont understand. Priorty Post, mailed together, one makes it, they other doesn't??? I called Sept 28th or something asking whats going on? how can you send one and not the other, I do admit I was upset, even telling them I understand why they are going broke, { I know, stupid statement} Called back a couple of days later to see if anything has been done.. my number is blocked.. At least I dont need to start looking for another job

Not a surprise, I had the same issue years ago with express post taking a week to get from Winnipeg to Saskatoon and a regular parcel getting to Vancouver from Winnipeg in half the time. There really isn’t a reason to spend extra when giving a delivery to CP, if it really is time sensitive use a courier.

Funny you should mention this. Recently I was condescending with an agent at Health Care Connect, when I called back it wouldn't even ring, just disconnected me. It's crazy that government agencies can blacklist you at their discretion for essentially nothing. Scary times...

A lot of government services, health services, etc. have signs, or pre-recorded introductory telephone messages, saying they will not tolerate vulgar or abusive language.

I guess some of them are serious about it...

Have to say that I have been frustrated several times in disappointing services, but have always managed to be calm and non-confrontational when discussing my issues with the service representatives involved.

That's the thing, I went out of my way to not be rude to the agent. I basically just said ' what, my time isn't important?' which I guess in these days and times is a hanging offense. I suppose we should all get used to being extra pleasant and accommodating with the new changes coming down the pipe. I would hate to end up in jail for raising my voice.:ROFLMAO:

That doesn't sound like a hanging offense to me. Maybe you caught the agent on a bad day...

So now I get the daughter to phone, she could be blocked now too LOL, She was told by a rude bitch that the package is missing and there is nothing they can do for me since I didnt pay for the priorty post. The two priorty post envelopes were supplied with the DNA testing kit I bought and they would have to be the ones to start an inquirity. Daughter told them its a DNA testing lab and they are not about to do that, and they are located in B.C.. Rude lady said : thats your problem..goodbye
