I am selling an item in the classifieds, kijiji. The potential buyer is 1.5 hrs away and wants the item. He wants me to send it to him COD, cash on delivery through canada post. Is this a safe way of selling something? I know I will get my money but are there thing I should be concerned from the buyer as in fraud, etc?

If you are selling it's great.......how can he commit fraud.......he has to pay canada post to pick it up!!!!! As soon as he pays...CP makes you a money order..........and remember CP only makes one money order........to a max of 999.99!!!
If both of you of use internet banking, and you don't mind giving him your email address, he can send an electronic payment to you. Not sure of the safeguards for him, but it's very fast and efficient.
