Can Ubuntu be installed on more than one PC?

Absolutely. Ubuntu is completely free. There is no activation or serial number necessary. You can run it on as many computers as you like.
I'd suggest giving it a try, it's a great operating system. You can even install it alongside windows (go to ubuntu.com, click Download, then Alternative Download Options where you will see Ubuntu Installer for Windows)

Not only that, you can run several ubuntu on same computer at the same time under VMWARE. Love it!! 
Just installed PHP/MYSQL and apache. I find PHP programming is so intuitve to build a solid dynamic website.

Just downloaded and installed the latest version Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala.
So far I like what they did. Boots up in < 1 minute.

I'm about to find out. I have a new PC, and a new copy of Windows 7. I'm going to install Ubuntu first I think. Just to make sure everything works.
