I've played the XBOX 360 version. Excellent graphics, decent story line, fantastic if you like 1st person shooters. Only downside is that the game is easy to defeat. Grab a used copy for about 35 bucks, well worth it.

The PC version is pretty good as well, as long as your graphics card can handle it. Even though I suck at it, I still enjoy playing multiplayer.
