Seconded. Publico is cheap, as is motoconcho. Taxi expensive. Cabarete is for tourists, Sosua for Terbites.
is there all inclusive in souse? Looks pretty good from some of the videos I googled but didn't seem to see to many dark skin women with big booty's 
There is one AI there but in the past it was not overly hobby friendly. www.rockysbluesbar.com is a good start. Great canadian guy called Rick who has a few properties he manages. Honest straight forward and an amazing host. He has from budget friendly to a full villa to suit what you need. Staying at one of his places for second time in Feb.is there all inclusive in souse? Dark skinned big booty, check. Light skinned big booty check. Spinners. Flacca's. Gorditas. Everything there, basically.
Cabarete has a low key scene, Sosua not so low key.
