The following was related to me from a reliable source.
A cab driver sees someone near his dispatch having sex with a girl in a car. The guy gets out and asks the driver if he could drive the girl somewhere and she would give him oral in return. The cab driver says no thanks and wants cash. So the guy pays the driver for a 20$ fare for him and the girl. When they arrive, the girl goes in and the passenger tells the cab driver that he'll pay him $40 if he'll come inside with him and have sex with the girl.
At this point I asked my friend why in the world would some guy PAY HIM $40 to have sex with some girl. He says that there is a scam going on by some people in the cab industry. They get a driver to have sex with a girl and then the girl files an harassment report or even criminal assault charges. This reduces the competition because the driver has his licence pulled while the charges go forward. My friend tells me there are two cases he knows of. One where a driver had voluntary sex and got charged and another where a driver showed a female passenger Mr. Happy on her request. The girl in the back seat took a picture and harassment charges were filed.
Maybe this is just a sad urban story, but the source, at least for me, is unquestionable.
