Are you looking for a card to be designed for you or to have an existing design printed? I use a local TPH because I know the owner at that location but I have any design done independently.
Can't beat Vistaprint for pricing, but the work is shoddy.
I use The Printing House under my office. They're very responsive and they'll pick-up/deliver too.

My biz cards are quite well done and high quality. I use Vistaprint all the time, can't beat the price, they ship quickly, and they have tons of options.
Price and shipping, yes. The templates are great for SOHO businesses.
I would disagree with "high quality". If you're ever downtown I'll show you my business cards done by Vistaprint and those done by a local TPH. The difference is stark. The colours are off, the cutting is off (white edges on colour cards) and the type is not as sharp. But, I paid $9.95 to Vista, and $65.95 for the local print.....

He did an AMAZING job all for $5.00 USD
and use www.jukeboxprint.com for the cards. If you click on products they have monthly specials. Dec. I picked up 1000 full colour glossy for $35 (can't remember if it was $35 or $40).
