Minutes are good for a year after loading them.7-11 has worked great for me with one exception. I don't get to Canada regularly. If the minutes expire you lose the number and have to start over with a new SIM card (correct me if i'm wrong).
The phone doesn't get service in the US so I cant top off minutes that way. Anyone know if you can buy a top off minutes card and save it for say 6-10 months and then top off on the website while out of Canada? or do you need to have the phone on with service? I'm trying to find a way to keep the phone active without having to start over...
Going on the internet to top up would kind of create a digital trail back to the phone, which would kind of defeat the whole purpose. no?Does anyone know if I can use a card 11 months after purchase? and do I need the phone to be working (in Canada) or do I just need internet access to topoff?
Hmmm.. the same can be said for outcalls... It seems so many ladies' preferred method of contact is "text only". So, to book an appointment defeats the purpose of having a burner phone since you need to provide your name and address, which is then associated with your number. To make matters worse, this info is now on someone else's phone, which you have no control over. How do you get around that?Going on the internet to top up would kind of create a digital trail back to the phone, which would kind of defeat the whole purpose. no?
Got that covered. Use a pay phone with a calling card. Fuck em under a bridge somewhere.Hmmm.. the same can be said for outcalls...
