Yes, I agree as well. Why would ass-lover lie about his experience? He is doing what this board was set up to do, inform everyone of good and bad encounters. I had the same thing happen to me a couple of years ago and the SP was nasty about the whole thing. I was only trying to warn fellow terbies about a poor service provider and got slammed.

I agree. For that reason I stay with indy SPs.... I noticed on Top Hat website today that they have a new girl Jacklyn....which I think is the former Tanya who used to be independent. Well hope Heather, Heidi etc stay indys or us indy lovers would be out of options.
And usually it just makes us want to avoid doing business with them in the future, unless of course they're only piping in to apologize or offering to make it up to the client somehow.

Guys, let's stop putting down the Durham agencies. There are tons of agencies in Toronto, and only a few in Durham. At the rate the comments are flowing, they may all be gone, and then those of us who do use agencies will have to find other providers.
