Before this thread turns into a complete shit show, let's just consider the phrasing here.

In my opinion, Britt was the best at what she did, hands down. When she was still with us, calling her "the best throat in ptb" wasn't offensive, and people used similar phrases to describe her skills all the time. So mai isn't wrong.

The issue is, now that she's passed, it becomes disrespectful to refer explicitly to what she was so good at.

She was the best at what she did.
She was the gold standard.
I'll miss her amazing skills.

All of those are fine.

Just my two cents.

That was a very eloquent and honest tribute to Britt. She was indeed the gold standard and will be sorely missed by those who knew her well
