From looking at your pictures, I think your breasts look perfect. It is your body though and it's definately your choice. I prefer natural over manmades and will not see ladies that have them.

Weigh the Risk/reward issue...some guys like the natural look (although some ladies have MAGNIFICENT MANMADES)....others have bad manmades.....
If it is a self confidence/self-esteem issue ....then you do what makes you feel good....but FWIW....natural boobs are wonderful...no matter the size....

http://www.canadaba.ca/ has loads of information on it, and also which doctors to visit for the procedure. do your research like crazy had at least 2 or 3 consults with surgeons and check out their credentials.

I never got mine done, mother nature decided to finally give my wish after years of waiting and finally a boost in weight gain.
