The Senator, one of the best breakfast places in the city. http://www.thesenator.com/ 249 Victoria St, close to Yonge and Dundas.
Epic is still epic, as is its fresh squeezed OJ.I used to love the Epic at the Royal York. Just incredible buffet. The Intercontinental was yummy. If a client is paying try the Ritz
I've never had a good meal at Cora's Always something cold or overcooked.
For cheap and quick, I like the Sunset Grill at Yonge and Richmond.

On a related matter: this morning between the gym and the office I stopped in at a little sandwich shop at treated myself to a rare bagel. But it was bland and soft like plain white bread shaped round.
