Are you allowed to say negative things about the recently acquired Upton? After 11 games(small sample size) he has 4 hits, all singles. His K to W ratio as a Jay 14:1 0 stolen bases on 0 attempts, oh yeah, you have to be able to reach base in order to steal a base, batting.125, OBP .152. Sure hasn't improved since the last time I criticized him! Good thing San Diego is paying the bulk of his salary.

I hope Jays dont renew Dickey's contract next year. He's clearly losing it, plus Jays have to carry a weak hitting player like Thole on the team just to be his personal catcher

* Travis has been carrying the team since he's leading off. Hella better than Carrera.
* Edwin get 3 more RBI's on his way to blow past the century mark.
* We may yet go back to a 5 man rotation if Dickey continues to give up leads like that.
* bases loaded no outs with Upton and Smoak coming up. Upton strikes out of course and Smoak hits a tailor made DP tapper but a good takeout slide by Saunders keeps the inning alive for Travis and JB. Man, those guys are bad.

We win against the worst team since mid-June. Yeh!

The former Cleveland Management Dynamic Duo are figuring Upton will be one of our outfielders next year when one/both of Saunders, Bautista are gone.
Upton is not counted on to do anything this year. In other words, they don't expect him to impact our road to the playoffs.
