I had a very similar experience twice. Most recently this week we had booked a time and then was ghosted upon arrival.

She said available now... I said it would take 20 minutes to get there. She said no problem, text when here. I texted when I arrived. No reply. Polite follow up after ten minutes go by sitting in the parking lot.. no response. She replied 55 minutes later asking if I was there. I replied to say I had left and she did not respond to that.
