The white slave driver owed fixing it to his black slave. However they are both already dead. We can't do anything about that, but death is the great equalizer.

The white CEO descendant of the white slave driver owes nothing to black thug descendant of the black slave, because the family of the black thug had 152 years of freedom and multiple generations to get their act together. Neither the CEO nor the thug had anything personally to do with slavery. The black thug descendant could very well have a black CEO cousin with the same ancestor.

You can fairly easily trace what happened to the fraudulently obtained property. At the very least it should be seized.

Each person's experience is limited to his or her lifetime from birth to death. Centuries of slavery mean absolutely nothing. Blacks don't have a "cumulative psyche" tarnished by slavery or some shit like that.

Except for that whole thing about the education level and financial status of parents.

For slaves, the idea of education was illegal and therefore it is hard to instill a value for education in people who haven't been raised in an educated household. The roadblocks are significantly lessened over time but it is a slow change. Even things such as school funding in the US is still broken down roughly on racial lines in many areas so kids in better funded districts have a distinct advantage over those in poorer ones (and the fact is there is a strong correlation between race and school funding there).
