Blackberry Pearl Unlock Code Needed

I know of a place or two that unlock GSM phones but each is over $50 which is a ripoff.....I know how to unlock it, just need the code. Under 50 bucks I don't mind, but if a fellow hobbyist can provide the code for free (say a Rogers employee perhaps?) that would be awesome. I also heard that you can call Rogers CS and ask them for it, even though I have cancelled my Rogers Wireless service....their CS is just an abomination past year and a half just unbearable, so I want to avoid having to deal with them if possible. there is not one code, it is dependadnt on the imei.

i have unlocked 2 different pearls and both times it was a different code.

I had to send the imei to get the correct code.

imo if you can find someone for 50 bucks do it, i paid more than that.

Found lots of vendors on EBay willing to do it under $50 dollars. With the C$ being as high as it is right now, I just thought I'd remind you that not just border shopping is cheaper, but EBay as well. Cheers,

There was some one here on the board that offered to do it for me for $45 Canadian - would send me the unlock code - didn't do it as there was an issue as to whether the warranty would be void and I still have warranty on my pearl. Will probably do it after the year is up

I'm not sure it voids the warranty. Anyway, Rogers just pissed me off one last time and they had to go. Their CS just reached an all time low that I was not willing to tolerate.

Just buy the quote for ebay for a buck. Search for blackberry unlock code on ebay. I have done it with several blackberry and android devices.
