I'm getting a bit confused. I thought Bill Ward was dead. Maybe I was thinking about Jon Lord.
Jon Lord died in 2012. Some great footage on YouTube from his tribute concert - Deep Purple, Bruce Dickinson, Brian May, John Paul Jones et al...
Bill Ward is still alive and will be part of this show... And damn the lineup looks good. Those who can get tickets to Villa Park are in for a treat..

I thought this was a ruse, had to verify it. It's true. It appears that Bill Ward is fit enough to reunite with his band mates. Villa Park is fitting, the band came out of Aston.

Will Ozzy do the Musk salute by spreading his ass cheeks?

It might be worth buying the tickets come VDay and reselling them. I wish I did that with Taylor Swift.🤣

One of my favourite all-time bands. I like to think of them as the dark side of the Grateful Dead.

He looked pretty rough doing his hall of Fame speech (around the 12 minute mark). Hopefully he can still sing.

Can Ozzie still pull this off? I couldn't bear to watch Phil Collins or listen to Ian Anderson's voice. They were great in their prime.
