Good. Fucking idiot should retire. What’s wrong with all these fucking athletics? For instance, Aaron Rodgers. Being sour bcos the front office didn’t consult him about who to draft? Owners pays you and you just fucking play the game. Don’t like it, buy your own team and drafts whoever you like. These fucking overpaid athletics are fucking ridiculous.

If any employee working for any business in any industry has leverage, they will use it.

Rodgers is the best player in the league. He has leverage.

I find it funny that Cole Beasley thinks anyone cares.
If you ask most NFL fans to name 50 wide receivers, I doubt he would come to mind for more than 5%
It reminds me of that Ciccarelli guy who announced he was retiring from NASCAR because they banned confederate flags. Even hardcore NASCAR fans asked “Who the fuck is Ray Ciccarelli?”

He’s the 3rd best wide receiver on the Buffalo Bills…and he’s 31 years old. He’s still a good player but he can be replaced.

You are talking nonsense here. There’s no such thing as leverage at work unless you are sucking or fucking the boss. Even tho Rodgers is the MVP, big deal. He couldn’t win the big thing like da GOAT. He should just shut the hell up and play the game. Finish off his contract like da GOAT and go somewhere else.

Poor CB can't handle wearing a mask, distancing & getting tested, etc, because he chose not to get vaccinated.

So he's going to take his ball and bat and go home.

Good for the NFL for enforcing safety protocols.

Sorry to inform you, but there are many ways that an employee can be important enough to their company to have leverage. And they don't have to be large corporations, either. It may be even more true for small and mid-size businesses.

Employees can be important to their company but using leverage to get what you want to their advantage? No company will tolerate that.

Being important IS leverage. You are an important asset and if you know it and they know it you can use it to your advantage. That is what leverage is. It doesn't have to be something huge. It is just a way to get a negotiating advantage.

In everyday business yes, but in sports we see star players leverage their power all the time and they usually do get away with it.

No vaccine... fine, no helmets for you either. I mean how dare someone tell you how to live right.

I would say that there are a small number of stars who can throw their weight around and make things happen…but Cole Beasley is not one of them…LOL

People are as loyal as their options in life. Rodgers has options.

I don’t know why anyone would expect players to be loyal, though. If the team is not doing well or the player is struggling then the fans, management, and media will attack the guy and demand he be traded.
