Bill c-36 effective date

Hey everyone,

I've been a long time poster but usually only active in the review section. I was going over the other bill c36 threads but I didn't see a clear statement where it is in effect or not. Sorry about making another c36 thread but I'm not a legal guru by any means. But can anyone indicate when it is effective? Also, what does it mean for our reviews? And any tips for the future?

Sorry again I'm not big on the legal side of things so maybe this could be the final update for all of us hobbyist as everything is in multiple long threads with different opinions.

But hopefully we can state some clear facts so we can hobby safely.

i read somewhere that it'll be on Dec 8 the bill will officially pass (or effective), I don't know the technical term.
