Wait a second I thought as POTUS he could declassify anything just by thinking that.

Biden us being investigated by the DOJ as he should be. Unlike the stable genius when they were discovered it was immediately reported and documents were turned over.

The major difference between Biden and Trump and these documents: Biden discovered them and immediately contacted the archives. Trump knew he had stuff and actively ignored requests to return them, and continued to hold sensitive materials even after being forced to hand them over....and after the FBI was forced to recover them. And, as far as we know, could have more docs hidden in MLG or Trump Tower.

It isn't a good look for Biden, to be honest, but these are similar in a few areas. And, I highly doubt Biden had nuclear secrets or sensitive info on American allies....

Not sure why the supporters of the stable genius are not all over this thread defending Joe.

As we'd say in the old country like chalk and cheese.
1 example of what you do when you find such docs, 1 example of exactly not what to do.

Well he remembered enough to turn them over to the archives immediately upon being discovered.

Would you rather have a POTUS who forgot some documents or one who comes up with truly moronic justifications like I could just will them to be unclassified or they were mine because I was POTUS.

How do we know that Obama hadn't declassified them by just thinking about it? Trump could hardly complain about that since it's the basis of his whole defence.
You see only King Trump can declassify documents just by thinking it, Obama was just a regular POTUS, whereas Trump is royalty.....just ask the MAGA cult idiots or listen to right-wing media!

Probably most of us would be happy with him not running again and in case you missed it, us "libtards" are criticizing him for it. It's just less criticism because of the way he chose to handle it.

You invest enough to comment on Joe's mental state.
Not really an investment. More like a time to spare... Joe is good but past his prime a long time ago...like I said....he isn't sinister...just senile...

you can praise him or criticize him...who cares...he could run and win....as I said. He isn't a bad guy...just not competent to be at the helm anymore....

He is beyond and doubt competent and even with a very slim margin in the Senate was able to get through a very impressive legislative agenda.

I don’t anticipate Biden will be prosecuted for anything in this situation. I think this will be a source of non-stop investigation by the House GOP up until 2024…along with Hunter Biden and the Afghanistan withdrawal, etc. The GOP have no governing agenda other than attacking Biden so in that sense it doesn’t really change anything; it’s just one more thing to tack onto the list.

Unfortunately, the Whataboutism will not stop between Trump vs Biden on this issue and I think it will make it politically untenable for the Justice Dept to charge Trump.
☹

Today's GOP has no agenda other than to maintain and increase power and ride shotgun for the chosen one.

It’s unfortunate because I think there is a legitimate role for House oversight on an issue such as this; but that’s not what this is going to be.
