i have seen Janis just over a year ago.... and been lurking on here for information about her return. i looked up ad in durhamregion.com to find Camille to find out if it was true found myself phoning every listing. I found Camille after speaking to almost every girl in durham region phoning every #.... ad i could not the bewitching ad as she used to advertise. i want to say guys I talked to camille on the phone she swears Janis is coming down and will be working by this Sunday she is only doing half hour incalls for 160 and hour outcalls for 250 and 2 hour outcalls for 400 in durham. She said Janis (hot hot hot whew just thinking 'bout her man ) needs 1 hour notice for incalls and 3 hours notice for outcalls and the fabulous singer will be staying in hopes of 2 weeks and camille told me she will put the bewicting beauties add back in local paper with contact # starting on this coming Sunday....

for durham, those prices are steep. $160 for 30mins - cmon thats a little high, i have seen janis before and she is hot but her service is not full GFE, and my oshawa gem who is hotter then janis is only $90 for 30mins and $140/hr and she is full GFE/PSE......this gem has been around for a while and its funny how nobody has ever reviewed her, some of u guys are being real selfish. she tells me that her phone never stops ringing and that she has to limit her appts cuz she gets to many calls. like i said some of u guys are holding out and its not cool....whenever i find a gem i enjoy once maybe twice and then release the name, cuz i am not big on repeats. so if u wanna know this gem just pm me....and if u have any good durham info please pass it along!

i know its expensive but i pay the price which used to be 150 for the half. now its 160 whats 10 dollars?????... she charges alot because of who she is and to keep her identaty a hush . if you saw her you would know she just aint the average durham girl (condsidering she AINT from durham and durham region should be happy to have someone to her caliber that comes down 3 times a year AND she is in a popular canadian band as almost as well known as LEE ARRON....dude). so if you saw her you would know this ...and i have been with several SP's in the past few years haven't come close to one as good as her not even in the city where some of them charge 400 per hour

So when a hot ladies travels to durham and decides to render her services, she is given slack about her high rates because it is unusual for durham...lol...
Well having a really hot SP thats friendly and has good service in durham is even more unusual so wouldn't that justify her high rates?

From what l've seen the common independent ladies in durham usually charge $150 for 30 mins...so $10 more for an uncommon lady seems a little small to complain about.

I also think that an Independent who charges $250 for 1hour in durham is looking for a small list of clientelle, just a few friendly regulars that she can spend a comfortable time with when she is here on holidays.

Well let me be frank. Durham stinks. Are there beautiful women in Durham, yes. But nothing compared to the GTA, in quality or quantity. So who sets the price in Durham? The Market. If a Sp wants to charge $250 per hour in Durham she can. But I know that I, along with others would rather make the trip to T.O and find someone better. It's that simple.

Lady, i have seen u before, long time ago when u were miami and ran exotica. u use to charge $150/hr. why do u now charge $200/hr? i know why, because u can, because u set the prices and the demand will tell u if it is overpriced or not......but anyways, durham does stink, looking at the scene from an overall point of view. that doesn't mean we don't have any good ladies, but once again from my point of view it is all about value for my dollar. like burner said if u r going to charge $250/hr in durham i don't think u will last and like u said if u r only looking for a few clients then u MIGHT survive in durham. because at that price range my options in oshawa are zero, well 1 if janis is in town and at the $200/hr range only 1 or 2, maybe 3 girls....but in TO for the same price my options are almost unlimited, and for me variety is important. u also mentioned that the common indy's in oshawa charge $150/30mins, why would u call urself common? besides the ladies who charge $150/30mins are not looking for 30min calls since there 1hr price is $200 they know no fool would pay $150 for 30mins when he can get 1hr for $200.....if they get any 30min calls its a bonus but they know most of the time it is an hr call for $200 which once again brings down ur average rate for 30mins is $100, which is about right for oshawa.....it has nothing to do with being cheap. i personally don't think a guy could be cheap if he is engaging in this hobby, it has to do with value for ur money.

I am cheap, and while some ladies may think they are worth $250 an hour, the market will decide. I don't hold it against any woman wanting to charge that much, but they have to do so knowing some will take a lot less for the same, and surprisingly, a lot of the cheaper ones are as nice in appearance. It is a an open market and capitalism at its best. I do know no one would pay me that much to have sex with me!!!!

Hey guys remember that no one is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to pay 250 or 500 an hour to anyone. If you want to pay that and can afford it and believe that you are getting value for your money then who is hurt.

This hobby is about having some fun with ladies that are willing to do what we wish. Those of us who are married or in a relationship with a lady that doesn't provide these same services often visit the SP's because they provide a service that in the long run is less expensive and time wasting than going through the process of getting out of a relationship and then finding one that satisifys the things that we search.

Personally I really enjoy my time with the ladies and I have very few illusions that is about anything other than the sex. Yes I have been smitten by a lady or two in my years in the hobby, but as time wears on those episodes usually fade and the reality of the situation often causes the eyes to clear and once again the real world becomes clear.

So if the ladies want to charge 150 200 250 300 or whatever that is there business not ours. Ours is to choose who we wish to see and have a few hours of fun and enjoyment with. If we want to spend the entire kids inheritence or just the retirement travel budget that is our decision.

I will say that the lower quality ladies to dictate the current rates in durham, and it is said. rates of 100 hh and 150 h are the average and most men will complain if it is to much higher then that. At the same time the men bitch about the quality of service out here. They say there are more in TO, well I hate to say it there is also much moer people living in TO. We have what we have here. I think it men on Durham want some higher quailty, they be willing pay the extra cash.

but like i said its not that we are not willing to pay higher prices, its just like u said most of the ladies are in $100-$150 range for 30-60mins if u have only 1 or 2 ladies that charge more and are actually providing better quality then the durham guy only has 2 choices which means he forced to only see those 2 girls, whereas for the same price in TO he might have a choice of 10+ girls on any given nite. u mentioned that there are more people living in TO, that is true,lol, but it has nothing to do with our discussion.

bottom line, what i am saying is that in durham at the $200+/hr range there is only 1 or 2 choices, which for me is not enough variety. that is why i say i would rather spend my money in TO and get alot more choices. now at the $100-$150 range the choices in durham open up and there is more variety.

Guys would rather pay 100-150 and be disappointment by the end of it cause there are more then pay 200 to 1or 2 regular ladies in Durham or drive all the way to TO to pay more money for more variety. {BTW I can name at least 4-5 $200 worthy ladies} Doesn't make any sense to me. Why not sample the 1 or 2 and enjoy your time and if you need variety run to TO every once in awhile. Beats being disappointed all the time and running to TO for salvation.

I mean how do you except to get more high quality SP's in Durham to stay in Durham if you keep going to TO for it? I think again, more Durham men need to take part in higher quality services and be willing to pay more and maybe more women would be willing to stick around.

BTW, just so we are on the same page, higher quality to means:

nice, clean incall {all rooms, bathrooms with clean toliot, shower etc, clean gabages etc.}
Clean SP {shower before and after each client, client cap/day or week}
non rushed service {slow with the CBJ/BBBJ, not jumping on Mr. Happy in 2 seconds of getting undressed}
Full Menu {CBJ/BBBJ, DFK/LFK, massage, MSOG, mutliple positions, etc}
Prompt replies to emails, phone calls etc, but will not answer the phone during a date
Accurate discription, up-to-date website, someone who takes pride in thier job as a professional

This is alittle hard to find in Durham. A lady who provides all of these is a GEM out here, but it is possible and if you want it, you need to willing to pay for it here in Durham. Being willing to pay for it in TO means nothing, excpet you will have to continue to go to TO when you could be only be travelling for 15 minutes. The choice is for the hobbyist to make of course.

now i can only speak for myself, more choices yes, all of them good ofcourse not, but that doesn't mean i will settle for a bad sp just to save a few dollars. like i have said before i am willing to pay $200 or $250/hr for a good sp. now a good sp is different for all people, u say that u know 4-5 ladies in that price range(please share the names, as nobody else knows about these ladies), now what if these 4-5 ladies are not what i want based of different factors(age,looks or whatever) does that mean i have to see these ladies becaue the are quality sp's(which they probably are) and i should see them so that they stay in durham? NO i shouldn't and what if half of the guys that hobby feel the same way, that will elimanate half of their market. the whole issue about variety and choices is because everybody has different opinions and in the $200-$250 price range there is not enough choice therfore there is not a big market for that in durham. u say why not sample the 1 or 2 and enjoy your time, but what if i don't like those sp's, what do i do then? i am not a marketing guy but i do know business and if ur gonna run a business in an area where there is no market or a very little market for ur services or goods, then u have to create one or fail. i think i know the 4-5 ladies to which u refer, and from my point of view maybe only 1 or 2 would fit the criteria that i look for, and even then it would not be a regular thing. but if there prices were in the durham price range($100-$160) i would be more apt to see them. if it is so hard for quality sp's to survive in durham then maybe they should charge less and build a client base, and once u have a steady clientele then u can increase ur prices at which point ur regulars i am sure wouldn't mind. u mentioned that more durham men should take part in higher quality services, i agree but then again we are not going to sacrifice what we are looking for just for the sake of taking part in higher quality services. if i look for ABC in an sp and my only choices are XYZ and 123 then i am not going to see them just for the sake of seeing them. thats why i feel choices and variety are good. and not all of the $100-$160 girls in durham are bad, overall the durham scene is terrible at best but there are some good ones out there. as to ur list of what makes an sp high quality, i agree with u but a website is not a deal breaker for me!
