Find a way to trap them between the screen door and front door on the porch and call the cops.

Anyone trying to get service from anyone at a bank should convince you this shit could not be true.

Grab their scarf, slam the door and start pulling. Tie a knot over a boot that usually sits beside every Canadian front door.
Then you have time to call.

Circle around out the back door to the front with video going on the phone as there is a good chance there will be an accomplice poking about before they take off.
