I drove forty minutes…when I tell her I arrived, she asks for my where I am parked and my car colour (**alarm bells**). Thankfully there are many cars of my colour in a better hotel lot, so I texted it and she said she would come down to get me.
She did not. In response…please e-transfer a deposit.
No, I say, for personal security reasons. I ask her to make an exception…I drove all this way, she had said nothing….she understands. Then, a few minutes later, she tells me she can text her email for the $$$.
Forget it, I say. Then she says…so how much will I spend to make her forget about the e-transfer?
