Never was a pizza fan because I consider them junk food. But, I just started making cauliflower pizza crust with chia seeds. Now I need to create the best topping for my health food pizza.

So far, tomato with chopped onion , basil, feta cheese , chicken and spinach on spaghetti sauce is my fav.

Can someone do better?

Gotta have green olives for my taste along with your toppings. And cook it on the top rack of your bbq. I use a metal coffee can with both ends cut out of it for support because my top rack is too narrow for my pizza pan. Preheat on high then turn to low when you put in the pie. Takes about 8 minutes.
This is my favorite.

Pizza toppings are so subjective.

Personally I like baby sparrow beaks that have been soaked in virgin urine, grey ball hair from truck stop rest rooms, bottle caps and mushrooms with a diarrhea-champagne cranberry sauce and aged dick cheese still warm from underneath the foreskin.

It all sounds amazing, although I found that tenderizing the bottle caps is sometimes an issue.

Bake the crust, allow it to cool and cover it in salmon or tuna Poke with some thinly sliced avocado and some Arugula.

Or top the cooled baked crust with a spicy basil-based pesto, grilled veggies (eggplant/red peppers/zucchini/red onions), shaved parmesan and finish with freshly squeezed lemon (meyer if possible)

If you're truly health conscious then lose the canned spaghetti sauce and feta cheese because both contain lots of sodium.

My friend made an observation once and I agree with him. He is quite the chef (I am not in the least, but I love good food) and he has an actual wood burning pizza oven. He told me that when he made pizza in the past he would make all different kinds with really unique and experimental toppings (like many of you above have listed) and also some traditional pies featuring such golden oldies like pepperoni and mushrooms and extra cheese.

People come to his party and they want to be hip so they initially go for the pizzas with the new age toppings but then when they go for the next slice, they opt for the pepperoni and the toppings that we all grew up with.

By the end of the party, the wings are gone, the sausage is gone, the pepperoni pizza is gone, but the arugula and tuna pizza is left over in abundance.
