I use to go to Green Mango on Yonge Street (south of Bloor) until they closed and haven't been able to find a place, since. Really miss the way they made their Ginger Chicken.

Linda's on Yonge n of Dundas. Salad king is great too.

There's a Green Mango in the Bloor / Royal York area (Kingsway Village.) No idea if it's the same chain though.
Salad King is good, but the watered down Thai food for Ryerson. Linda's is not at Yonge and Dundas, but at Shoppes of Don Mills. The owner is the same for both restaurants though.

salad king is for Ryerson students... i wont touch that place .. sukho thai is just salad king for grown ups... not much better....

I was in Thailand for 8 yrs with a Korean company and love their food. If you like real authentic Thai food, never go to Chains or ones run by Chinese. Real Thailand on Bloor at Spadina is a good choice. Their beef salad is one of the best in Toronto. Spicy fish and sea food soup is quite good as well. Sukhothai at 59 front street has has the best sea food soup but no Thai ambiance at that place to my surprise. Mangrai at King and jarvis is another good one. Little Bangkok on Markham Rd at 16th is another good choice. Bua Thai on Avenue at Davenport is another good one. My fav is Tup Tim Thai on Mulock and Bayview at New market. Their spicy fish is amazing. There is one on Yonge st in Aurora on west side of the road, couldn't recall the name is another good choice. All these are run by real Thai people except Tup Tim which is run by Cambodians from Thai border town. Siam thai on Thickson rd and 401 in Whitby is very good as well and their spicy fish and phad see eww are my fav there..

Linda Modern Thai at the Shops at DM is very good, but I have a tough time stomaching the premium prices knowing that it's part of the Salad King empire. Lol

I'm a fiend for Thai food - I love the balance of flavours. How can you go wrong with pork stuffed deep fried chicken wings?
The best Thai food I've had so far was at Vanipha Lanna (spelling?) near Dufferin and St. Clair (I think, lol). Only went there twice but it was amazing both times.
Golden Thai is good but I find it overly noisy and not as comfortable.
