All of the above sound great. What about calories and carbs?
I actually asked to see the nutrition binder at Booster Juice once because I was concerned about the caloric content. I was pleasantly surprised. I can't remember the numbers off the top of my head, but they were extremely reasonable!
I'm a Starbucks junkie as well, so I figure getting a delicious smoothie at Booster Juice is better for me than getting a frappacino at Starbucks (especially after a workout) and they cost basically the same. Plus I can get a shot of wheatgrass at Booster Juice.
