KBear has done almost all the photography on my site. I have recommended his talents to a number of people I know and each has thanked me after.
After seeing his work with one of my ladies I jumped on the chance for him to do the photography of all the girls.
His work is bearly editted (airbrushing out tattoo work), his use of light and shadow reminds me of Santillo but isn't as heavy. He is a very easy to work with and always puts the model at ease. His turn around time is wonderful as well, most of the time he has the photo's ready for me within a few hours. Without a doubt I would have to say that KBear is the best in his feild.

From what I have seen so far Creative eye has some good shots I would also like to see some examples from the others. I have had the oportunity to see some of KBEARs work and it is amazing especially the shots of Yasmin, I think the apple shot is very fun and creative. There are definately some professional photographers that have given a taste of some of there work and I think they are all very good in there own way especially since each has an eye for different kinds of beauty. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". I don't think everyone can be a good phototgrapher it takes someone with a special eye that can see the hidden beauty in things and not everyone has that ability or talent.
This is just my opinion!~

Come on, are you guys really voting on photography skill or fan loyalty?

I'm not quite sure what the point of this poll or this thread is. Are you guys trying to take credit for the fact that you have exceptional subjects to work with? Afterall it's not like your camera skills make their smiles sweeter, their boobies look bigger or their butts that much firmer...do they?

Some thoughts

First, I would like to thank those who liked my pix and voted for me. Interestingly, someone remember my Miss Maya Blue shots that are presently not online. She gave me permission to post some, so that may change.

This thread has shown that there are many talented photographers around. However, I think “the best is a bit of a misnomer. The best for what?

In my The Prof persona (www.theprofsgamourpix.com) I offer a service for ladies for their web pages. I like to make them look as close as possible to their real “on stage appearance. I really hate blurring faces. I like to shoot in a way that doesn’t make this necessary. It's not always art, but it's functional.

My recent shoots:

BTW: I love the work of KBear, GRS and Loki. I like my own stuff to be a little bit more gritty.

PS: Roby, who had lots to say, never posted any pic or links. Curious.

Actually Yes.

Photography requires you to take a three dimensional object ( breasts for example) and place them on a two dimensional plane (paper or computer) In order to do this you have to paint with light and shadows to create depth.

As an example these two images of the same women breast(s)

not a great example but the shadow does create a sense of depth.

As for firming of butts, it is amazing what the proper pose can do to the butt.

Not true . .the odd time there is a lady of whom it's impossible to take a bad picture . .but mostly they are inexperienced in front of a camera and usually have one or more features they are self-consicous about.

GRS explains it well.

It surprises me that some people feel that there is little talent involved in photography. Yet the same people would not likely buy expert level skis and expect to make it down the expert hill in one piece.

How the photographer deals with the model will have a huge influence on how she moves, and how sweet her smile is. The use of lighting, colours, background, pose and position, camera focus, framing, depth of field etc are controled by the photographer and will have a huge outcome on how good the picture is in the end. Just getting the picture crisp and in focus takes practice.

I was not thrilled about this poll, as I did not think it would be comparing apples with apples. Some people have posted links to some great photo web sites showing beautiful pictures, but when you look at some of the pictures you know they have spent a day or more producing each picture, and they are only showing their best to date. To compare that to the photo set the average lady, with average clothing and make up would receive after a quick 2 hour photo shoot is not being realistic.

Thanks all for the votes and kind words :)

Personally I like it... people are buying expensive digital cameras and then finding out that they still need to learn the skills of photography. Then they sign up for workshops [shameless plug] such as the ones I offer at Spectrum www.spectrum-studios.com [/shameless plug]

BTW KBear I really like your work, and I have enjoyed looking at the other links posted as well.
