I’ve actually never had a spectacular HJ from an MA. Not too many of them want to listen to feedback and just do what they think is gonna work.
But I guess this is why I don’t see MAs. Would rather save my money and jerk myself off instead of walking out before the hours even up with blue balls.
I think you’ll have better luck just trying to find an MA/SP you like. Cause we’re all going to like it a little different. So asking who’s the best is pretty subjective.

My experience has been different. Some ladies give fantastic ones, and know exactly what they are doing. Others have been great learners, and it's fun teaching them what works (at least for me, everyone is different).
So....we are all waiting with baited breath for your recommendations...
I really enjoy a good HJ from an MA, but this has to cum furnished with fun you can't create by yourself. I find a lot of eye contact and some teasing smiles are important elements as well as occasional great DFK while it's ongoing. It should be a long, slow, tease with plenty of lotion or, preferably oil, that elevates to a direly awaited for 'ruined orgasm'. It really builds stronger if you get to know and enjoy good company from the lady and if she appears to be having a lot of fun being a brat and teasing you as would have a high school girlfriend who wanted to make you happy without 'going all the way'. Jackie Gilcrest is great at it, but I don't know whether she still offers MA services or if she now offers strictly FS. Of course, you could still pay the FS price of the HJ if necessary and if you are so inclined. Her signature lap dance is a great prelude to it all.

The best HJ I've received is from Abby at wakley, and another one from a mamasan at 330 Booth. I guess the 3d is from that Asian lady at Laurier near Elgin, but not worth the price. Abby is the best I've had in Ottawa. If you get a bodyslide upgrade offered it's even better. This is based on HJ technique only, no looks, or Fs, etc.
